I am interested in and want to encourage and promote other artists and 'creatives'...

   I am a modern folk artist.  I am interested in many different types of art and in the simple ways living can be art (and ways art can be simple) how we can, or can attempt to surround ourselves with art, navigating this life with an eye to a pleasing aesthetic experience.

   I like to imagine ways to use my attitude and approach to change everyday life into something more. I am interested in the magic of life and of world class experiences. adventures, both big and little. I resonate with eccentrics and the funky in life. I hope to make my life ALL art. it seems to me, that art should be central to life.

   my photography is crudely produced with an iphone 4s. I like the idea of using a method and equipment that is at once a high tech and in another sense, a 'lo-fi' medium. and I feel it's constant presence is a door toward capturing and transforming the mundane. my photos are generally developed with whatever simple photo editing software I have laying around...

   my art is made with anything I am currently interested in. I have worked with paper, wood, oils, collage.
